Foundation of Yoga: Practice & Principles

Learn how to create a vibrant, healthy lifestyle based on Proper Breathing, Diet, Exercise, Relaxation, and Positive Thinking & Meditation. These principles have been proven to increase happiness and fulfillment for thousands of years. They are part of an integral, authentic Hatha Yoga practice.

This 6 week class incrementally teaches a complete Hatha Yoga routine in the style of Swami Sivananda, including a variety of pranayams (yogic breathing).

This is a very special opportunity to experience the presence of our Guru, Victor (Vyasa) Landa, via rare video and audio footage of live teaching. Additional in-class assistance is given by Durga.

We start with a free lecture that is essential to take the course. Tuition is $175 for five weeks and includes a text book, as well as an audio CD or digital file of the asanas routine for home practice.

This class is the pre-requisite for the Shanti Marga or Path to Peace class in applied yoga philosophy.
