Parama Dham was the first Fire Temple in the world, established to bring back the ancient science of atmospheric purification for the New Age. Set in the idyllic countryside of Madison, VA, Agnihotra has been performed here twice daily since 1973 by its caretakers, Richard and Lisa Powers, and their community. With the exception of the mantras, silence is observed in the Fire Temple at all times. The atmosphere is surcharged with healing energies. Four hours of Om Tryambakam Homa are performed daily, which is chanted 24 hours on new and full moon days and solstices.
