Shanti Marga (The Road to Peace): Applied Yoga Philosophy

Most people know of yoga as an exercise practice without realizing that that is only a small part of this vast Spiritual Science.  In this course we study step by step the 5 Principles of Hatha Yoga and the 8 Limbs of Raja Yoga. Theory is provided to give the necessary preparation for practice as learning is fundamentally experiential. Levels progress from Beginner to Advanced.
