A copy of the field questionnaire of each farm will be sent to everyone of the selection committee members.  They will apply the point system based on the direct questions and will have 30,.000 points to add based on the discretionary questions.  In every case the maximum will be of 100,000 points.  The descriptive essay that the farmer will send along with the questionnaire, therefore will help to substantiate the decision on the points assigned for the discretionary questions.  It will also give the Selection committee member the opportunity to interact by telephone or e-mail with the farmer whenever a significant element is considered relevant to that farm or other farms.  Each member of the Selection Committee will submit to the other members its own results so that by comparison and discussion a final value will be determined in order to assign the category and degree based on a joint evaluation.  The Selection Committee will pass on this information to SFNM to make it available to the consumers.  It will be clearly indicated in the price list of products of SFNM.
