The codes on the product list identify the
category of the farm or provider that is the source of each item.
A Selection Committee of farmers experienced in this form of
agriculture provide us with trustworthy information as to the degree of
commitment of participating farms to the principles ascribed to.
We are not a certification agency.
The work of the committee is based on a questionnaire filled out by the
farmers as well as personal knowledge of some farms.
